2.1 Information You Provide

• Account details: Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
• Partner details: Identity documents, food handling certifications, bank account details (for payouts), and menu/service information.
• Addresses: Delivery and service addresses you save in the App.
• Communications: Messages you send through in-app support.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Location data: Real-time GPS location when you use the App (to match you with nearby Partners, display caterers on the map, and verify service delivery). We collect location only while the App is in use.
• Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage data: Screens viewed, features used, booking history, and timestamps.
• Log data: IP address, crash reports, and diagnostic data.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment details (card numbers, UPI IDs) are entered directly into Razorpay's secure interface and are not stored on Cibo's servers. We only retain transaction IDs and amounts for booking records.
