Welcome to Cibo. By downloading, accessing, or using the Cibo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About Cibo

Cibo is an on-demand platform that connects customers ("Users") with home chefs and caterers ("Partners") for in-home cooking and catering services. Cibo acts solely as a technology intermediary — it does not employ chefs or provide culinary services directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use Cibo. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

• You must register with accurate, complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Partner Accounts

Partners who register as home chefs or caterers on Cibo agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their skills, certifications, and food preparation practices.
